Master Plan Points - Continuing Education Units
TO RECEIVE MPP OR CEU CREDIT YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER NO LATER THAN APRIL 30, 2008.
Instructions for obtaining Master Plan Points (MPP) for attending Envision the Possibilities - ATA 2008
- Go to the Envision The Possibilities Home Page and click on Attendee registration. Choose "May 2, 2008 - Nova Southeastern - Full Conference Registration" ($10.00). Follow the process for payment and you will receive an email with a receipt which you must bring to the conference.
- Go to the Professional Development web site, log in and read the information about Envision the Possibilities. Add it to your bookbag. You will be asked to accept the fees associated with the conference. This is to indicate that you have registered for the conference as described in step one. You will not be charged any additional fees.
- Go to your book bag and finalize the registration. You will now be registered to receive MMP at the conference. Note: There is a follow up activity related to this conference that must be completed and turned in to receive the points.
Instructions for obtaining Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) for attending Envision the Possibilities - ATA 2008. You may receive CEUs for May 1st and/or May 2nd if appropriately registered. One CEU is awarded for each contact hour. There are 3 contact hours per half-day session for May 1st (Pre-conference) or 6 contact hours for the full day conference on May 2nd.
- To register for May 1st (Pre-conference) Go to the Envision the possibilities Home Page and click on Attendee Registration. Choose the pre conference session that you would like to attend and follow the instructions to register and pay. You will be registered to receive CEU's for that session. You may choose up to two sessions for May 1st. You will receive a receipt via email that you need to bring with you to the session(s). Lunch is on your own for Pre Conference.
- To register for May 2nd (Full Conference) Go to Envision The possibilities Home Page and click on Attendee Registration. Choose "May 2, 2008 - Nova Southeastern University - Full Conference Registration with CEU processing". Follow the instructions to register and pay. You will receive a receipt that you need to bring with you to the conference. You will then be registered to receive CEUs for the conference day. If you also wish to receive Master Plan Points for the conference, you do not have to pay an additional fee. You may register on the PD calendar as described under the MPP instructions after completing the registration for CEUs. When you are asked if you accept the fee, you are indicating that you have already registered for the conference. Note that lunch for the Full Conference Day is included with your registration fee. Note: There is an additional activity related to the conference that must be completed in order for MPP to be awarded.
